Heirs Energies Limited has increased its investment in Seplat Energy Plc after purchasing an additional six million shares of the Nigerian independent energy company.
The shares were acquired on September 30, 2026, on the London Stock Exchange at £8.87 each, according to a regulatory disclosure filed with the Nigerian Exchange and London Stock Exchange.

Seplat has 599,944,561 issued ordinary shares.
