The Nigeria Oil and Gas Energy Week (NOG) 2025 is set to drive Africa’s energy transformation through bold investment, strategic partnerships, and innovative technologies. Scheduled to take place from June 29 to July 3, 2025, at the Abuja International Conference Centre, the high-profile event aims to position Africa as a global energy powerhouse.
With the theme “Accelerating Global Energy Progress Through Investment, Partnerships & Innovation,” NOG Energy Week 2025 will gather industry giants, policymakers, and innovators to strategize on unlocking Africa’s full energy potential.

Indigenous operators and national oil companies will also take the spotlight, showcasing how they are ramping up production and performance through smart investments.
Nigeria’s energy sector is in the midst of a transformation. In 2024 alone, it attracted $6.7 billion in investments, with $5.5 billion flowing directly into oil and gas projects. A major highlight is Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company’s $5 billion commitment to the Bonga North Deep Offshore Project—expected to increase Nigeria’s output by 110,000 barrels per day.
