UAE Cuts Petrol and Diesel Prices for July

Motorists in the United Arab Emirates will pay less for petrol and diesel from July 1 after the country’s Fuel Price Committee announced lower retail fuel prices for the month.

Under the revised rates, Super 98 petrol will sell for Dh3.40 per litre, down from Dh3.95 in June. Special 95 petrol will cost Dh3.29 per litre, compared with Dh3.83 previously, while E-Plus petrol will be priced at Dh3.21 per litre, down from Dh3.76.

Diesel also recorded a price reduction, falling to Dh3.60 per litre from Dh4.33 per litre in June.

The monthly review is carried out by the UAE Fuel Price Committee, which adjusts fuel prices based on movements in global oil markets.

Since the UAE liberalised fuel pricing in 2015, petrol and diesel rates have been revised every month to reflect international market conditions.
