TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc has launched the TotalEnergies Mobility Card Plus (TEMC+), a tech-driven upgrade aimed at making payments faster, safer, and more convenient for both individuals and businesses.
The new platform, rolled out nationwide in Lagos on Tuesday, allows users especially fleet operators to manage transactions and accounts in real time. The migration from existing cards to TEMC+ is already underway and set to be completed by December 31, 2025.
Dr. Samba Seye, Managing Director of TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria, said the platform reflects the company’s focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. “TEMC+ is more than a card; it’s a step forward in smarter and safer mobility,” he said.
The card integrates online secure transactions, mobile app connectivity, pre-authorised fuel dispensing, instant SMS alerts, virtual card options, and on-the-spot fund transfers. Businesses can also blacklist or whitelist cards, manage spending limits, generate PINs, unblock cards, and reallocate funds without contacting TotalEnergies.
TEMC+ introduces flexible payment options, including card, mobile app, and one-time password payments even without internet access. According to Osarobo Aigbogun, TEMC+ Project Manager, the upgrade was shaped by customer feedback and represents an evolution of the existing Total Card system.
With TEMC+, TotalEnergies aims to simplify operations, improve payment security, and give customers greater control, bringing mobility and payments into the digital age.
