IPMAN Chairman Seeks House of Reps Seat

Chinedu Anyaso, the Chairman of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) Enugu Depot Community, has declared his interest in contesting a seat in the House of Representatives.

Anyaso, who is running under the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), wants to represent the Nnewi North/Nnewi South/Ekwusigo Federal Constituency.

He said his ambition is driven by the need for better representation and more development in the area.

Speaking in Ozubulu, Ekwusigo Local Government Area, he described Nnewi as a major industrial hub that deserves stronger federal attention because of its economic importance.

He added that previous efforts to secure more recognition for the area had not been successful, but insisted that improved representation could help attract development, create jobs, and ease pressure on public infrastructure.

Anyaso also said he would work with the Anambra State Government under Governor Chukwuma Soludo and use his national connections to push for progress if elected.

He called on party leaders in Anambra State and members of All Progressives Grand Alliance to support his bid, saying he is confident of winning the 2027 election.
