Shell projects and technology President to exit at end of February

Shell Plc has announced that Robin Mooldijk, its president of projects and technology, will leave the company at the end of February 2026, marking a change at the top of the energy major’s leadership team.

In a statement released on Tuesday, Shell said Mooldijk will step down effective February 28. His departure will reduce the size of the company’s executive committee from nine members to eight.

The company noted that the leadership change will not affect its existing business or financial reporting structure. Shell will continue to report its operations across its core segments, which include Integrated Gas, Upstream, Marketing, Chemicals and Products, Renewables and Energy Solutions, as well as Corporate activities.

Shell did not immediately announce a replacement for the role or provide further details on the transition.
