NNPCL Records N502bn Profit in November

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has reported a profit after tax of N502 billion for November 2025, marking a notable improvement in its financial performance.

According to the company’s latest monthly financial report released on Wednesday, the figure reflects a 12.3 per cent increase compared to the profit recorded in the previous month.

NNPCL’s earnings for November were generated from a total revenue of N4.36 trillion. Although the profit rose, the company’s revenue declined by N722 billion when compared with the N5.08 trillion posted in October 2025.

Data from the report show that the November profit was N50 billion higher than the N447 billion achieved in October, highlighting stronger cost management and operational efficiency despite lower income.

The report also revealed that Nigeria’s crude oil production averaged 1.60 million barrels per day during the month. In addition, Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) availability across NNPCL retail outlets stood at 61 per cent.
